Signage hasn’t been developed yet, but we can set an appointment to meet and direct you to the showroom. Not that easy to find, but we will do our best to make the trek worthwhile!

If we’ve had the pleasure of working together in the past and suddenly we can’t be found, there’s a reason! We are still in business, have a passion for flooring and construction, but added a new dimension to services we offer.

In 2020 Leilani Olinger became certified with three restoration certifications:

1. WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician

2. ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician

3. AMRT – Applied Microbial Remediation Technician

Why?  Well, CCF had its fair share of microbial growth (mold) under clients flooring that was revealed on demolition. Our first reaction was to call Urgent Island Restoration (UIR), as they were highly trusted contractors that we worked with for years (Shane Mizusawa of 535 Plumbing and Reid Sunabe, former owner of Flooring 323.)

March of 2020 – Leilani accepted the offer to join the UIR Team as Director of the company. We’ve grown significantly since 2020, and we are just getting started. The CCF showroom was relocated from Waipahu to UIRs Honolulu Baseyard.

UIR is a licensed BC General Contractor, CCF is the licensed flooring contractor and 535 Plumbing is our plumbing contractor! Our motto is, “we are here for you from start to finish!” Literally, we can do it all! ONE Team to communicate and schedule your project.
